The coffee in our House Blend comes from our partners CAFESMO in Honduras (60%) and Coopervass in Brazil (40%) and is a real crowd pleaser. It's high quality specialty coffee, but it’s not too funky. It is sweet and silky, with taste notes of chocolate and citrus. A traditional tasting coffee. But just a lot better!

We'd like to tell you a bit more about this new partnership. Kat and Marlon are two true changemakers and fit perfectly into the Wakuli offering. Their goal is to use specialty coffee as a tool to offer hope in a country torn apart by corruption, drug trafficking and violence. Just some examples of their good work: they buy large portions of the harvest from about 100 farmers at a price at least 50% higher than the market. 8% of their turnover is invested in the community. For instance, they supply young fruit trees and plants for healthy, diverse farms and so that farmers become less dependent on coffee, they support education for the farmers' children and they supply raw materials for compost and organic manure.
This robusta coffee is brought to you by the Rende Nao farmers and is grown on the Indonesian island of Flores. It is our most intense coffee and has more traditional flavours, however, it has more in store for you. Like hints of dark chocolate, caramel and spices. A beautiful dark coffee that packs a punch.
