mug or carafe, then put
everything on your scale,
ensuring it's set to zero.

Pour the hot water in
a circualr motion until
you’re
around 80g. Wait 30 seconds for the coffee to bloom.

Continue pouring in a
gentle circular
motion
until you reach 500gr, this should take 2-3 min.
