Onze Spicy Robusta is een single origin uit Indonesië en heeft een diepe smaak en een pittige kick. De Power House Blend is iets subtieler, maar wel lekker stevig.

SPICY ROBUSTA

Deze robusta koffie komt uit Rende Nao op het Indonesische eiland Flores. Hier werken 251 boeren op prachtige -maar steile- heuvels om deze hoge kwaliteit robusta te produceren. Een echte uitdaging, maar eentje die ze nailen. Ze hebben de kwaliteit van de robusta daar zo erg verbeterd, dat wij deze koffie zonder twijfel aan ons specialty koffie publiek durven voor te schotelen. Daarnaast betalen wij hen door deze kwaliteitsverbetering inmiddels 86% meer!

POWER HOUSE BLEND

De blend bestaat uit bonen van drie continenten: 40% arabica van Rebuild Women’s Hope (DR Congo), 40% arabica van Coopervass (Brazilië, een coöperatie van kleinschalige boeren) en 20% specialty robusta van ASNIKOM (Indonesië). Een worldwide koffie dus! Met frisse, fruitige tonen uit DR Congo, notige smaken uit Brazilië en de punch van Indonesische robusta is dit een stevige, maar heerlijk ronde specialty blend.
