COLD BREW IN 4 STEPS.

A simple explanation on how to make 1 liter cold brew at home.

If needed, grind the coffee coarse and put 90 grams in the filter of the pitcher.

Pour 1 liter water into the pitcher until the coffee is completely covered.

Boeren uit de dorpen Nwang Sam Phu, Phar Moon, Ho Hwayt en Hti Kham plukken alleen de allerrijpste bessen en drogen deze met boeddhistische aandacht. Het resultaat is een fantastische, natural koffie met een licht boozy vibe en smaaktonen van mandarijn, banaan en marshmallow.
