This Microlot is grown on the steep hills of the Sierra Mazateca, where farmers from Yoloxochtilán produce exceptional coffee. Due to climate change, diseases like leaf rust, and logistical challenges, production is very low, making it hard to make a living from coffee alone. By carefully sorting and processing, producers create extremely high-quality coffee that adds value and supports the community. That’s why we think it’s extra cool to offer this Microlot!
