STEP 1
Weigh and
grind your coffee.
STEP 2
Add the ground coffee to your jug or into
the filter basket of your cold brew pitcher.
STEP 3
Steadily pour the cold water over the coffee
making sure all the coffee is in contact with the water.
STEP 4
Cover, give it a swirl.
Place in the fridge for 10-14 hours.
STEP 5
Remove the filter basket or strain the coffee through a clean cloth or fine sieve to avoid further extraction.
STEP 6
Give it a stir, pour over ice. it's best to consume it
within 2 days (and keep it refrigerated).
