This month’s coffee comes from producers in Mexico's Oaxaca region who are pretty well organized. But farming there is difficult due to the hilly terrain - think higher costs for moving coffee up and down the hillside and lower yields due to steep slopes. They do grow amazing, high quality coffee though.
