This month, our coffee comes from Jimma, Ethiopia. Maintaining direct relationships with producers here can be challenging, and communication isn’t always easy. But it’s worth every effort—this coffee is a true gem. In the highlands of the Jimma region, farmers grow their heirloom coffee under the shade of the forest, just as they have for centuries. As long as we continue to support them, they’ll keep producing it this way.
