Ingredients
30 gr filter ground
500 ml hot water (90 °C)

Method
1. Boil the water and let cool for 2 min or heat to 90 °C.
2. Place the filter.
3. Rinse the filter with hot water and heat the Chemex.
4. Put 30 gr of coffee in the filter and start the timer.
6. Pour 60 ml water on top of the coffee and allow to bloom for 30 sec.
7. Starting in the center, fill the filter with circular motions to just below the edge.
8. Pour in occasionally with the same motion until you are at 500 ml in 3:30 - 4:00 min
