STEP 1
Weigh and grind your
coffee on a medium setting.
STEP 2
Preheat your dripper. Fold the filter seam, place it in the dripper, and rinse with boiled water. Discard the water.
STEP 3
Put coffee in the filter, place dripper on your mug or carafe, then put everything on your scale, ensuring it's set to zero.
STEP 4
Pour the hot water in a circualr motion until you’re
around 80g. Wait 30 seconds for the coffee to bloom.
STEP 5
Continue pouring in a gentle circular motion
until you reach 500gr, this should take 2-3 min.
STEP 6
Once the coffee has finished dripping
through, set the dripper aside. Pour & enjoy.
