WHERE THIS COFFEE'S FROM.

Mexico is one of the largest coffee producers in Latin America, and one of the least celebrated for quality. For decades, the focus was on organic and fair trade certifications, well-intentioned but often disconnected from what farmers actually need. Our coffee comes from the Sierra Sur mountain range in Oaxaca: steep hills, high altitude, volcanic soil, that for generations indigenous farming communities that have grown two unique local varieties; Mundo Novo and Pluma Hidalgo. This is the kind of specialty coffee that most of the world hasn't found yet.
